电话：The Client engages the above two attorneys to handle the litigation case (hereinafter referred to as “the case”) related to theXXX products according to article no.58 of Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China. The attorneys will provide the following services and exercise the legal rights on behalf of the Client, which includes but is not limited to 1) Legal advising to the Client and issuing demanding letter if applicable. 2) Searching, collecting and assisting to attest the evidence for court hearing preparation. 3) Reporting and handling the case in relevant government departments (include but not limited to Customs, Notary Office, Police Station, Business Administrative department, and etc); 4) Filling the case in court. 5) Attending and hearing the court case. 6) Appeal if applicable. 7) Receiving the case documents on behalf of the Client.
根据民事诉讼法第58条的规定，委托人因其XXX产品被侵权一案（下称“本案”），兹委托上述律师为代理人，办理相关事宜，本委托的授权范围是包括但不限于：1、向当事人提供法律意见及发律师函（若适用）；2、代为收集证据及做公证；3、代为前往有关部门（包括但不限于海关、公证处、公安局、工商管理部门等）进行报案及处理相关事宜；4、代为到法院立案；5、代为应诉，参与庭审，发表代理意见；6、提起上诉（如适用）；7、代为接收相关法律文书。This power of attorney is valid till the end of the execution of the case.
